Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing embedded solutions for smart metering systems.
Act as the primary interface with customers and third-party vendors for requirements gathering, architecture, and design discussions.
Drive end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Provide technical leadership in debugging and troubleshooting on STM32 boards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Technical Skills Required:

Embedded C Development:
Strong proficiency in developing and optimizing embedded systems.
Communication Protocols:
Hands-on experience with I2C, UART, Modbus, and SPI.
Debugging Expertise:
Excellent debugging skills for STM32 microcontrollers.
Smart Metering Systems:
Proven experience in development and deployment.
Team Leadership:
Ability to mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers effectively.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Zigbee, LoRa, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
Familiarity with RTOS and low-power design techniques.
