Email Marketing Executive

We are a growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Web Development, and PPC services. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team and help us generate quality leads through strategic email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads for SEO, Web Development, and PPC services.
• Write engaging subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain targeted email lists through lead databases, research, and marketing automation tools.
• Segment email lists to deliver personalized campaigns for different client types and industries.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for open rate, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
• Work with the sales team to nurture leads and support them in converting prospects into clients.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• A/B test subject lines, creatives, and formats to maximize performance.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation (preferably in digital marketing services).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, and Web Development services.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign reports.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach & CRM tools (bonus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
