Email Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Email Campaign Coordinator to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. Prior experience in Sales or Technology is not required for this role. Your tasks will involve setting up and managing outbound campaigns using internal tools and processes, following structured checklists and SOPs to maintain high campaign quality, monitoring delivery metrics, and ensuring campaign hygiene. You will also be responsible for maintaining reports with campaign performance data and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution. We seek individuals who are extremely organized, have a strong focus on task completion, are comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards, and are quick learners who can adapt to new platforms and workflows easily. Attention to detail, ability to follow clear steps, and ensuring process accuracy are essential qualities. Good written communication skills for basic coordination and reporting are also required. Candidates with experience in digital operations, campaign execution, back-office coordination, or support roles are preferred. Freshers or interns with a strong execution mindset and basic tool comfort are also encouraged to apply. Individuals from BPO, project coordination, or marketing support roles are welcome. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 0-7 years in multiple roles. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, skilled in identifying new business opportunities. - Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly with clients. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
