Core Responsibilities Designing motor drivers, motherboards, BMS, and sensor interface circuits from concept to production-ready PCBs PCB layout, routing, and design for manufacturing while optimizing for performance, cost, and thermal management Conducting circuit prototyping, testing, and validation using lab equipment to ensure design specifications and safety requirements Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers for component sourcing, PCB fabrication, and assembly processes to achieve production scalability

Hard Skills
Experience in analog and digital circuit design with expertise in power electronics, motor control circuits, and BMS Advanced PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad) with multi-layer layout, signal integrity, and EMC considerations Hands-on prototyping and testing: oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and electronic load testing Understanding of manufacturing processes: PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, component sourcing, and DFM principles Embedded systems fundamentals and microcontroller interfacing for circuit-software integration
