Electronics Assembly Engineer

As an Electronics Assembly Engineer at Company Safety Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon, you will initially be responsible for assembling Flame and Gas detectors which include PCB, Optics, and Metal components. Your duties will involve configuring the detectors as per the given instructions, conducting final testing, and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. After mastering each stage of the production process, you will oversee the general production operations. Additionally, you will be in charge of creating and updating assembly instructions for Company products, as well as liaising with operations and audit departments to meet any additional standards or requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establishing a testing procedure for PCBs used in Company Safety devices - Assembling Flame and Gas detectors and other products manufactured by the company - Testing the detectors to ensure quality standards are met - Implementing a quality assurance program for the manufacturing process - Supervising production operations and making necessary improvements for efficiency - Working with Hot and Cold Chambers during the manufacturing process - Configuring detectors during assembly and testing - Assembling and installing Optics and other components into the final products - Conducting quality checks on incoming materials such as PCBs, Metal, and Optics - Visiting suppliers to ensure control and quality in the manufacturing process **Experience:** 2 - 8 Years **Salary:** 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A. **Industry:** Manufacturing / Production / Quality **Qualification:** B.E This job offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Assembly Engineer to contribute to the production of high-quality safety devices at Company Safety Pvt.
