Job Description

Position Summary:

Electrician Worker

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance

Install electrical wiring, lighting systems, circuit breakers, and other components in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Inspect and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe operation.
Replace or repair faulty wiring, fixtures, switches, panels, and other electrical parts.

Compliance & Safety

Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Ensure all work is compliant with local and national electrical regulations.
Identify potential hazards and report unsafe conditions or equipment.

Troubleshooting & Repair

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and electrical emergencies.
Trace and diagnose faults in electrical systems and resolve them efficiently.
Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Tools & Equipment

Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing devices such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure safe use and storage of electrical materials and tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Electrician License/Certification (as per local/state regulations).

Desirable:

Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related trade qualification.
Experience in industrial or commercial electrical systems.
