Role Overview:

The Electrician / Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and smooth functioning of all electrical systems, equipment, and general maintenance activities within the corporate office. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor facility repair works to provide a safe and comfortable workplace for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, switches, panels, and office equipment.
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical infrastructure, including UPS, DG sets, HVAC, lighting systems, and emergency power backups.
  
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns, power failures, or technical issues within the office premises.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
  
• Assist in the operation and routine checks of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and other building facilities.
  
• Maintain inventory of electrical tools, spares, and consumables required for regular upkeep.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repair or service needs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspection reports, and service logs.
  
• Support general office maintenance activities (basic plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical assistance as required).
  
• Provide technical support during corporate events, conferences, or office relocations.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant trade certification.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician / Maintenance Technician (corporate office, commercial, or facility management experience preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and troubleshooting methods.
  
• Familiarity with UPS, DG sets, HVAC, and BMS systems is desirable.
  
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and electrical codes.
