Job Description

Electrical Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of electrical systems for Data Center builds (greenfield/brownfield).
Review and manage electrical design documents, shop drawings, and submittals.
Supervise installation of HV and LV electrical equipment (transformers, UPS, switchgear, etc.).
Coordinate with MEP contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project milestones.
Manage electrical commissioning, including FAT, SAT, and integrated testing.
Oversee QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and Uptime standards.
Maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and as-built records.
Monitor and control budget and timelines for electrical scope of work.
Support safety and risk management across all job site activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
14 + years in electrical execution, with at least 4 in data Center or mission-critical environments.
Deep understanding of power distribution, backup power systems, and redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N).
Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with commissioning procedures and documentation.
Preferred: PMP, LEED, PE, or similar certifications.
