Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LV switchgear products (MCB, MCCB, ACB, Soft Starter, VFD, PCC/MCC Panels).
Attend customer sites for service calls, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback after each job.
Coordinate with the service team, OEM support team, and clients for technical issues and spare requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
Provide basic customer training and support for product handling and operation.
Maintain service tools, instruments, and company assets responsibly.
Identify potential service leads, warranty cases, and AMC opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Polytechnic College.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in LV panel manufacturing or field service.
Knowledge of LV switchgear products such as MCB, MCCB, ACB, Soft Starter, VFD, PCC/MCC Panels.
Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot faults.
Good communication, discipline, and customer-handling skills.
Willing to travel for service visits and work in field conditions.
Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to learning and growth.
