Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell online courses and learning solutions to prospective customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Follow up with leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain customer records and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    in sales (preferably in EdTech or related field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Basic understanding of the EdTech industry is an advantage.

Compensation Structure:

  • First Month (Probationary Period):

    Commission-based —

    10% of each sale

    (average earnings based on performance).
  • Post Probation:

    Fixed base salary of

    ₹15,000/month

    +

    10% of commission of each sale
