Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, analyzing e-commerce data, enhancing customer experiences, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams. Daily tasks include monitoring sales activities, updating product listings, and developing strategies to increase online revenue.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and optimize online sales performance.
Assist in digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in a similar role in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
