own the ad strategy end-to-end

What will you do?

• Plan, launch, and optimise

  Meta, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest Ads

  campaigns tailored for D2C brands.
• Build and manage

  retargeting, prospecting, and scaling strategies

  to maximise ROAS.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align ads with brand goals and audience insights.
• Test creatives, ad copies, and audiences to constantly refine performance.
• Monitor, analyse, and present

  data-driven insights

  to improve campaign results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in

  Meta Ads and Google Ads

  (Snapchat & Pinterest ads would be a great addition)

• 2+ years

  of hands-on campaign management, preferably with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing ad campaigns with measurable ROAS.
• Solid understanding of the

  Indian D2C market dynamics

  and consumer behaviour.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to

  relocate to Pune

  if required.
