Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Manager to oversee and manage our Shopify website for a US-based client and ensure seamless online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfilment, customer service, and ad management.

Key Responsibilities:

l Manage and update the Shopify website to ensure smooth operation

l Oversee and manage product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels

l Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and shipments

l Coordinate shipping, ensuring the timely delivery of products

l Track deliveries and resolve any shipping issues

l Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

l Analyse performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements

l Stay updated with eCommerce trends and implement best practices

Qualifications:

l Proven experience in managing a Shopify-based eCommerce store

l Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment

l Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

l Experience with digital advertising campaigns and performance analysis

l Highly organized and detail-oriented
