Role Description

The E-learning Developer will design, develop, and implement innovative e-learning content and strategies to meet organizational training objectives. Responsibilities include creating interactive e-learning modules, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and developing SCORM-compliant courseware. The developer will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure educational content is of the highest quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Learning Development and SCORM-compliant course creation
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and Learning Management systems
• Experience in Training & Development and the design/implementation of learning methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of content authoring tools and multimedia editing applications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
