DSA Trainer

Geekonik Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate C, C++, Java & DSA Trainer to join our dynamic academic training team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring effective learning outcomes aligned with the latest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on C, C++, Java, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Design, develop, and update course content, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and hands-on coding tasks.
• Provide personalized mentoring and problem-solving guidance to learners.
• Stay updated with the latest programming trends, frameworks, and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with the academic team for continuous curriculum enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching/training C, C++, Java, and DSA.
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficient in coding and debugging with real-world project examples.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in academic or corporate training preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with online teaching platforms and interactive tools.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or Web Development (optional but desirable).
• Familiarity with coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or CodeChef.

Compensation

Competitive remuneration based on experience and engagement type (hourly/monthly/project basis).
