Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with around 4-5 years of experience to support our architecture and interior design teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing detailed drawings and plans that align with design intent and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings based on design concepts and specifications.

-Work closely with architects and designers to translate ideas into accurate technical plans.

-Modify and update drawings as needed during the project lifecycle.

-Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and client requirements.

-Assist in preparing presentations, construction documents, and material schedules.

-Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

-Coordinate with engineering and site teams for clarity and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

-Diploma or degree in Draftsmanship, Architecture, or related field.

-Approximately 4-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in interior or residential projects.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

-Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D modeling is a plus.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.
