We are looking for a highly skilled

.NET & React Lead

to design, develop, and lead the implementation of web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in

.NET Core, React.js, and cloud platforms

, with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering scalable solutions.

Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Design and develop web applications using
.NET Core

React.js

Work closely with architects to define application design, frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong experience in
.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#
.
Proficiency in
React.js
, and modern frontend build tools.
Experience with
RESTful APIs

Entity Framework
,Unit testing and
SQL Server
.
Knowledge of
microservices architecture
and
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
is an advantage.
