Dot Net Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and skilled .NET Full-Stack Developer with approximately 3 years of genuine, verifiable experience in developing robust, scalable web applications. This role suits someone who can independently handle both frontend and backend work and act as a single point of contact for design and development when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.
• Work across the full stack: backend development, frontend UI implementation, and basic design.
• Build efficient, scalable REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Implement responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or similar).
• Optimize application performance, security, and quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across both frontend and backend.
• Handle database design, queries, and stored procedures using MS SQL Server.
• Act as a reliable single POC for full-cycle project execution.
• Prepare documentation and follow best practices in coding and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Around 3 years of real, hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong command over C#, OOP concepts, and design patterns.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including writing queries, joins, and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort working independently and owning tasks end to end.
• Ability to translate requirements into clean, maintainable solutions.

Preferred Attributes

• Steady employment history with longer tenures.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Solid communication and ability to work directly with management or clients.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent preferred, but proven skills and experience are prioritized.
