Dot Net Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level ASP.NET Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET MVC 5, .NET Core (up to 9.0), and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. Exposure to Python for automation or backend scripting will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC 5 and .NET Core 9.0.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, and queries for performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• (Nice-to-have) Use Python scripts for automation, data manipulation, or integration tasks.

Technical Skills Required:

Mandatory:

• ASP.NET MVC 5
• .NET Core (preferably version 9.0 or latest)
• C#
• SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Joins, Views, Functions)
• RESTful APIs
• Visual Studio / VS Code
• Git / Source Control

Good to Have:

• Python (for scripting or backend tasks)
• Entity Framework / LINQ
• JavaScript, jQuery, or React/Angular basics
• Azure DevOps or CI/CD exposure
• Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
