Senior Backend Developer / Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using

  .NET Core

• Architect, implement, and maintain

  microservices-based systems

  ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Drive database design and optimization for both

  SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

  and

  NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

  data stores.
• Apply

  (SOLID, DRY, KISS) and

  design patterns

  (Factory, Singleton, Repository, CQRS, etc.) in solution design.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and set delivery timelines.
• Ensure backend systems follow

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of professional experience in backend development with
