Description
As a candidate for the role, you should have a decent End to End knowledge of various Commerce subsystems, including Storefront, Core Commerce back end, Post Purchase processing, OMS, Store / Warehouse Management processes, Supply Chain, and Logistic processes. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET/C# in design and development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain the OMS stack using Microsoft based technologies such as .NET, C#, ASPX, and dependent legacy components. - Have good extensive knowledge of Microservice based event-driven architecture with a cloud provider, preferably AWS. - Understand and work with Service Oriented Architecture, including developing/securely exposing/consuming Web Services, RESTful, and integrating headless applications. - Demonstrate good knowledge of API concepts and technologies like REST, JSON, GraphQL, and Swagger. - Be able to understand the system end-to-end, maintain applications, and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Possess a good understanding of Data Structures and Entity models. - Understand the process of building, deploying, and maintaining server-based as well as serverless applications on the cloud, preferably AWS. - Expertise in integrating synchronously and asynchronously with third-party web services. - Good to have concrete knowledge of AWS services like Lambda functions, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Event bridge, Kinesis, Secret Manager, S3 storage, and server architectural models. - Knowledge of any major eCommerce / OMS platforms will be an added advantage. - Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Oracle or other relational DB programming, especially with experience in Query optimizations and Report creations. - Possess a working knowledge of Production Application Support. - Demonstrate good knowledge of Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, code repo, and branching strategies, preferably with GitHub or Bitbucket. - Understand observability tools like NewRelic, DataDog, Graphana, Splunk, and configuring new reports, proactive alert settings, monitoring KPIs, etc. - Have a fairly good understanding of L3 support processes, roles, and responsibilities. - Work closely with counterparts in L1/L2 teams to monitor, analyze, and expedite issue resolutions, reduce stereotypes, automate SOPs, or find avenues for the same by being proactive. - Be flexible to work with overlap with some part of onsite (PST) hours to hand off / transition work for the day to the onsite counterpart for L3.
