Job Summary:

skilled and experienced DocuSign CLM Developer

streamlining contract processes

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
DocuSign CLM templates
, including advanced clause logic and conditional content.
Define and implement
data models and mapping strategies
between DocuSign CLM and external systems.
Configure
workflow automation
, approval rules, routing, and business logic within DocuSign CLM.
Lead and contribute to the
implementation and deployment
of DocuSign CLM solutions across various business units.
Integrate DocuSign CLM with platforms such as
Salesforce, or

custom APIs
for seamless contract data flow.
Support end users and business stakeholders through training, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates, data, workflow, and integrations.
Ensure compliance with data security, legal, and audit requirements during contract automation initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, legal, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable DocuSign CLM solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

DocuSign CLM certification(s)
Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification
Experience with Agile project methodologies.
