Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Writer for Developer Documentation at Kore.ai, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content strategy in alignment with the product strategy to cater to the developer audience. Your responsibilities will include developing various types of documentation such as API content, reference guides, conceptual content, how-to guides, and release notes. You will collaborate with the team to enhance the developer documentation, identify inconsistencies, and simplify the product, including UI and Code. Additionally, you will work towards automating tasks to improve efficiency in content creation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a customer-focused content strategy aligned with the product strategy. - Create and deliver various types of documentation for developers, including API content, reference guides, and how-to guides. - Identify and address inconsistencies in the product, including UI and Code. - Collaborate with the team to scope and build developer documentation for products and features. - Improve content writing approaches for developers and seek automation opportunities for regular tasks. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in technical writing for developer-focused content. - Knowledge of programming concepts, REST API, JavaScript, and HTML. - Familiarity with API documentation and design tools like Swagger and Postman. - Understanding of web services technologies, APIs, and SDKs. - Proficiency in reading, understanding, and creating short code samples for APIs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Quick learner of new technologies. - Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.,
