Your Job

We are seeking a “Documentation Executive – Container Entry” for our Mumbai Office, primarily supporting the US operations. This position will operate in rotational shifts (9 hours) scheduled between 7:00 AM IST and 2:30 AM IST, depending on business requirements.

What You Will Do

Export container detail entry
Capture container details in FOPS timely and accurately to comply with documentation cutoffs and minimize the work and expense associated with container detail revisions post-sailing
Track containers on Clear Metal/SSL’s website to ensure container numbers reported by supplier/trucker match the container numbers reported by the Shipping lines.
Enter detailed data containing from emails/spreadsheets/PDFs from our suppliers and truckers into FOPS.
Escalate potential data inaccuracies to transportation dispatchers.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Any Graduate
Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Possess good English communication skills, both oral and written.

Should have critical thinking skill sets.
Should be a self-starter with a high level of motivation.
