Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and verify visa documentation for overseas job applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records and update client files.
  • Coordinate with clients for required documents and missing information.
  • Check embassy/consulate guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking visa applications.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visa/immigration documentation .
  • Strong knowledge of documentation process.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Documentation tools).
  • Age Limit: 23–35 years.
