Review and verify customer/employee/vendor documents (e.g., ID proofs, address proofs, financial documents, certificates) for authenticity.
Ensure all documents meet internal compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML norms where applicable).
Accurately input and update verified information in company systems or databases.
Ability to identify fraudulent or tampered documents. Strong communication and documentation skills.
