Job Description

The role of a DMS Project Coordinator involves meeting and coordinating with clients, maintaining and monitoring project plans, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions, undertaking project tasks as required, and sharing project summaries with clients. In addition, the coordinator is responsible for assigning tasks to internal teams, acting as the point of contact, and communicating project status to all stakeholders. The coordinator also tracks project progress and ensures timely communication of its status to management. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from any stream. They must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to deliver on time, and have experience in team handling and coordinating abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential for success in this position.,
