Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement

  scalable Django-based applications

  adhering to best application design principles.
• Optimize

  database connectivity and performance

  , ensuring efficient query execution.
• Develop and maintain

  multi-tenant

  application architectures.
• Implement

  unit testing

  using frameworks such as

  PyTest, unittest, or Django’s testing framework

  .
• Conduct

  API testing

  using tools like

  Postman or Insomnia

  to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work with

  relational databases

  (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.), writing and optimizing

  complex queries

  .
• Implement and manage

  asynchronous programming

  in Python using

  Celery or asyncio

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  deep application and performance issues

  using observability tools like

  ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana

  .
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in

  Kubernetes

  and containerized environments.
• Follow

  Git flows

  and

  GitOps

  methodologies for CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure automation.
• Work in an

  Agile environment

  , collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years

  of experience in

  Python Django

  with a focus on high-performance and scalable architectures.
• Strong expertise in

  database best practices

  , optimization, and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Experience in building and maintaining

  multi-tenant applications

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  asynchronous programming

  (Celery, asyncio).
• Proficiency in writing and executing

  unit tests

  with PyTest, unittest, or Django’s testing framework.
• Familiarity with

  API testing tools

  like Postman or Insomnia.
• Strong understanding of

  Git workflows

  GitOps methodologies

• Hands-on experience with

  Kubernetes
