Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Location : Mumbai , Maharashtra

Experience : 2–3 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or dispatch operations.

Job Description:

The Stock Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, auditing dispatch documents, and coordinating with sales and factory teams to ensure smooth stock operations.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or dispatch operations.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, stock entry systems, and documentation (MRF, RGP, Challan, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
• Good understanding of inward/outward processes and stock audits.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (sales, factory, vendors, accounts).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit domestic, export, and studio dispatch documents; resolve discrepancies with sales teams.
• Punch orders in Stock MIS and maintain timely data entry (MRF, RGP, C-Challan, out-stock, self-collection).
• Conduct monthly stock audits for domestic, export, imported, and raw materials.
• Issue and track stock/raw materials for domestic & international events; manage returns.
• Maintain inward & outward stock records, including non-Capapie and Vyadh stock.
• Prepare monthly stock reports (returns, delays, discrepancies).
• Coordinate with factories (Bhiwandi & Thane) for stock, kits, and repairs.
• Submit vendor bills to accounts and ensure proper documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
