Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for material supply.
Ensure
timely dispatches
and maintain
95%+ OTIF
performance.
Oversee
3rd-party quality inspection
and compliance before dispatch.
Handle
documentation
invoices, TCs, e-way bills, and dispatch records.
Ensure
packaging standardization
and
adherence to QA guidelines
.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
25 years in
dispatch, logistics, supply chain, or operations
(preferably steel/TMT/building materials).
Background:
From manufacturing, construction material, or steel industry.
Location:
Based in or near
Kharagpur, West Bengal
.
Skills:
Dispatch coordination, vendor management, logistics tracking, documentation, quality compliance, Excel reporting.
