Job Description

Architect the next-gen service & sales platform/app modular, scalable, AI-powered
Lead modernization of legacy infra (PHP/Java/.Net) into micro services-based cloud-native stack
Build intelligent layers: recommendation engines, matchmaking algorithms, AI advisor-assist tools
Embed NLP, RAG models, or LLMs into customer and advisor interfaces
Ensure privacy, security, and compliance as we scale to millions of users
Manage cross-functional tech squads across backend, data, ML, mobile, and Devops
Partner closely with Product, Ops, and Design to create intuitive, delightful experiences

You Bring:
10-12 years of engineering experience; at least 5 in leadership roles
Deep knowledge of modern architectures: cloud-native, event-driven, microservices
Hands-on exposure to ML/AI tools: recommendation systems,
NLP/LLMs, speech-to-text, etc.
Proven track record of driving large-scale system transformations successfully migrating legacy platforms while also building robust,
scalable products from the ground up.
Ability to align tech teams with business outcomes
Experience with Indian or global B2C platforms/apps (Consumer tech, fintech, Healthtech, Edtech a plus)
