Job Description

Lead the end-to-end HCC coding operations across all assigned delivery centers and client accounts.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance coding quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship to senior managers, team leads, and QA teams.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality coding output aligned with CMS guidelines and client SLAs.
Drive coding audit strategies and internal quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Establish strong client relationships through regular business reviews, reporting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with technology, training, HR, and finance teams to support business operations and scalability.
Ensure all coders are certified and continuously trained on industry updates, coding guidelines, and tools.
Analyze operational metrics, forecast volumes, and optimize resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Own budgeting, P&L responsibility, revenue growth, and cost control for the HCC vertical.
Represent the HCC vertical in leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
