Job Description

As a Director of Data Science & AI, you will be responsible for leading AI initiatives and managing cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end execution of AI and machine learning projects. Your role will involve ensuring timely delivery, aligning AI solutions with business objectives, and maintaining a strong focus on governance, scalability, and ROI. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation to production deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables - Collaborate with Brillio markets, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful projects - Deploy AI models efficiently with scalable architectures and best practices - Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations - Promote Agile and MLOps methodologies for AI development and operations - Design AI infrastructure and ensure cost governance across cloud platforms - Guarantee scalability, performance, and reliability of AI-driven services - Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and updates of AI models - Lead, mentor, and upskill AI teams to develop cutting-edge solutions - Communicate project value and outcomes to client executive leadership and stakeholders Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 12 years of experience in AI/ML delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Strong expertise in AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring - Hands-on experience with MLOps, AI governance, and cloud AI services - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubernetes (a plus) - Experience in managing AI projects using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills If you are passionate about driving AI initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of AI and machine learning projects, we invite you to apply for the role of Director, Data Science & AI.,
