• Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  Set strategic priorities for core data engineering tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and developing and implementing practices that drive organizational transformation and establish market leadership.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Inspire and drive collaboration across the organization, aligning diverse teams toward shared goals, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and trust.

• Compliance & Standards:

  Establish and lead the organization's approach to compliance and industry standards, and oversee risk-related efforts, focusing on stability and continuous improvement.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

  Shape the organizational approach to documentation, setting standards that promote seamless knowledge sharing and contribute to operational excellence.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  Provide leadership, empower teams to achieve excellence, and ensure talent development aligns with the long-term organizational strategy.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 13-15 years of progressive experience in engineering roles.

• Strong proficiency with

  Python, JavaScript, SQL

  (13+ years).
• Extensive experience with the

  AWS cloud ecosystem

  (13+ years).
• Familiarity with

  MPP database technologies

  (13+ years).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
