Job Description

SUMMARY

For Lead-

We are looking for a Technical Expert with the following capabilities:

Proven experience in global IT Operations Support, handling both regional and local teams
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align technical decisions with business goals
Hands-on knowledge of license management, including usage, renewals, and compliance
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical advice to stakeholders across the organization
Capable of making independent technical decisions with significant business impact
Demonstrated experience working in cross - cultural environments and cross-functional teams
Effective in team leadership and collaboration with various management levels, particularly L4 to L5
Years of experience is not a primary filter we’re keen to evaluate how well the individual handles real-world situations, challenges, and business needs
