Digital Transformation Manager

As a leader in a Digital Music company, your role will involve managing and overseeing the Finance applications to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the central administration team for Finance applications, including core and non-core systems. - Overseeing daily operations to guarantee system availability, performance, and service continuity. - Coordinating with IT and external providers for maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution. You will also be responsible for: - Serving as the primary interface between Finance and other departments on application-related topics. - Ensuring system functionalities align with Finance process needs and business requirements. - Promoting data consistency, integration, and system harmonization across entities. In addition, you will lead initiatives for: - Monitoring user satisfaction and driving enhancements based on feedback. - Optimizing systems and implementing automation aligned with the transformation roadmap. - Addressing operational challenges through technology-driven solutions. Your role will also involve: - Designing, leading, and supervising testing campaigns during system updates, improvements, or new deployments. - Ensuring proper documentation, execution, and traceability of test plans. - Coordinating with users, IT, and support teams to validate functionality and performance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Defining, implementing, and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs. - Tracking quality of service, incident resolution times, system reliability, and project delivery status. - Providing regular updates to leadership and supporting decision-making with data insights. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience of 8-13 years in Finance systems management, ERP administration, or Finance/IT transformation. - Familiarity with Finance processes such as accounting, controlling, and reporting. - Solid understanding of Finance systems architecture, data flows, and user needs. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools and performance monitoring dashboards. - Strong focus on operational excellence and user satisfaction. - Ability to manage cross-functional and international teams in a complex, matrixed environment. - Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams with fluency in English.,
