Digital Strategist

Up to 12 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. It is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

Key Responsibilities

Content-First Strategy Development: Design and architect comprehensive, multi-channel digital strategies rooted in a "content-first" methodology. Your primary goal is to generate sustainable organic traffic and build engaged audiences for our clients.

Organic Ecosystem Planning: Develop strategies that span the full digital ecosystem, including website/blog architecture (for SEO and user journey), mobile apps, and other digital innovations, ensuring content is the engine for each.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and oversee organic and promotional social media strategies. Ensure social content aligns perfectly with the core content strategy, using it to drive traffic, build community, and support organic growth objectives. 

Digital Outreach Strategy: Build and oversee digital organic outreach strategies (including advanced link-building, digital PR, and partnership content) to enhance domain authority and brand visibility.

Performance Monitoring & Assessment: Define a clear framework of KPIs for all content and social initiatives. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Social Media Analytics, etc.) to monitor effectiveness, assess performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous refinement.

Understanding Digital Nuances: Serve as a thought leader on search engine algorithms, social media platform shifts (especially AI-driven changes), and new content formats to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with content creators, SEO specialists, and client servicing teams to ensure your strategic vision is executed flawlessly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, content marketing, or SEO, with a proven track record of creating across the funnel strategy to generate organic traffic in the target segment.
• Experience managing promotions across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Youtube, Meta, etc who has a thorough understanding of the analytics side as well
• Experience in a fast-paced digital agency is strongly preferred.
• Must have exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to and advising senior-level clients.

Technical Expertise

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Content Strategy & Marketing
• Understanding of Advanced SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical)
• Understanding Organic Outreach & Link Building
• Should be able to compile reports using Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Understanding SEO Tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)
