Job Description

As the Manager of Digital Solutioning at our organization, your primary goal will be to create, build, and deploy innovative Digital Products and Solutions across various channels and verticals globally to drive growth. You will collaborate with digital, acceptance, and issuance partners to implement solutions and shape the product roadmap based on feedback. - Provide solutioning support to partner account teams and go-to-market teams focusing on digital authentication - Understand and articulate partners" business and technical requirements - Showcase proficiency in systems, applications, software programming, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support - Design solutions and communicate them effectively through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts - Collaborate with various teams to solve complex problems seamlessly To excel in this role, you must: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience - Have knowledge of web and mobile technologies, software implementation, and working with developers and technical architects - Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital solutions by influencing the MasterCard technology roadmap/strategy based on customer feedback. Additionally, you will collaborate with project management and prototyping groups to define project scope, create prototypes, and support sales and implementation processes. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record of success in a team environment and possess the skills and experience required to thrive in a dynamic and innovative setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
