Your responsibilities will include working on projects related to various industries such as Power, O&G, Chemical, F&B, Pharma, Steel & Mining, Water, and Manufacturing. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in process control and safety systems like DCS, SIS, PLC, MES, or similar OT solutions. Your tasks will involve designing, implementing, and testing DCS/ESD/SCADA systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications. Collaboration with multidiscipline engineering teams is essential to ensure safe, efficient, and budget-friendly project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing technical engineering specifications, implementing designs, evaluating outcomes, and making necessary improvements. You will also engage in product and solution development activities, analyze customer needs, and define and deliver products/services. Identifying and addressing shortcomings in existing processes and systems, reviewing project technical specifications, work procedures, and product specifications will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in coordinating with customer engineers for technical issues, document control for project documentation, and QC engineers for inspection and testing activities. Monitoring project progress, adhering to project schedules and quality plans, preparing scope of work deviations, and participating in site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up activities are crucial tasks. Experience in presales/solutioning engineering and post-deployment support is also expected in this role. Your duties will include involvement in technical and commercial proposals, conceptualizing, designing, deploying, and testing digital solutions, leading scrum meetings, producing business and technical use cases, and implementing agile project methodologies. You will execute end-to-end IT projects, including SaaS, PaaS, and Managed Services lifecycle management. In terms of essential skills, you should be proficient in sprint planning, agile methodologies for large IT enterprise projects, and OT/IT enterprise integration. Strong experience in executing SaaS and PaaS projects, leading projects involving modern web technologies and software solutions, and managing large enterprise projects is required. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience in agile delivery models, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in project management tools like Confluence, Atlassian, and JIRA. Certifications in Agile/Scrum and Azure/AWS are considered valuable additions. Personal attributes such as adaptability to dynamic changes, attention to detail, calmness in handling sales and customer feedback, innovative and creative thinking, effective communication, and presentation skills are highly appreciated.
