Digital Solution Architect (Java)

You will be working as a Digital Solution Architect at a leading MNC Service-based company with 10 to 15 years of experience. The role is based in Bangalore and Chennai with a work mode of WFO. As a Digital Solution Architect, you will design and architect web solutions to provide a seamless omni-channel user experience. Your focus will be on evaluating and selecting modern technologies and tools to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions through various techniques like Micro Frontends, AEM/AEP, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-Native platforms. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, and effective technical solutions. Collaborating closely with product stakeholders, you will lead solution design and development activities using Agile methodologies. - Design and architect web solutions for seamless omni-channel user experience - Evaluate and select modern technologies to enhance customer engagement - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Lead solution design and development activities using Agile methodologies - Partner with cross-functional teams for consistent delivery of enterprise-level solutions - Monitor and report delivery metrics and identify improvement opportunities - Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices - Stay updated with the latest advancements in web technologies and customer experience innovations - Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Microservices architecture, and enterprise application development - Proficiency in Next.js, ReactJS, NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra), Redis, and Elasticsearch - Demonstrated success in designing solutions for large-scale enterprise systems - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot real-time challenges - Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycle effectively - Ability to design complex conversational flows and craft engaging user experiences - Proven track record in analyzing delivery metrics for continuous improvement If you have hands-on experience with PEGA, exposure to GenAI and personalization technologies, practical experience with AWS and Google Cloud platforms, and familiarity with ForgeRock Access Gateway and identity management solutions, it will be considered a good-to-have skill.,
