Job Description – Brand Manager (Automobile Industry) Position: Brand Manager / Senior Brand Executive Department: Marketing & Brand Strategy Industry: Automobile / Consumer Durables Roles & Responsibilities Adapt and implement brand strategies for target markets across ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms, acting as the brand guardian for the assigned portfolio. Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including ATL, BTL, CRM, digital, social media, and local media strategies (TV, print, etc.). Create and deliver effective brand communication campaigns aligned with top management directives and brand objectives. Define, monitor, and deliver digital KPIs in close coordination with the marketing services team. Manage budgets allocated to the brand, ensuring effective deployment and ROI measurement. Lead product development programs in collaboration with the product planning team, including new product launches, refreshes, and variant introductions. Partner with regional sales teams to design and implement localized marketing campaigns to meet region-specific targets. Track and analyze competition, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and plan marketing interventions. Drive consumer insighting processes to fuel product innovations, new launches, and impactful marketing initiatives. Contribute to long-term brand and category growth strategies. Experience & Qualifications Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing/brand management, preferably in the automobile industry. Experience in field sales will be an added advantage. Hands-on exposure to ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of brand building, consumer insights, and competitive analysis. Skills & Competencies Proven expertise in brand management, communication, and campaign execution. Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, CRM, and social media campaigns. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends. Strong leadership, creativity, and stakeholder management abilities. Why Join Us?
