Communicate solutions through narratives, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and videos. Plan and execute user and usability tests to validate and refine the ideal solution.

Summary:The Knowledge Management team focuses on strategizing and creating structured, accessible, reusable and relevant content for Industry/Functional practitioners across Accenture. The Shared Services Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst is responsible for executing different activities such as Internal Site Maintenance (i.e., Update Existing Sites on WordPress Platform using standard widgets, HTML/CSS, and other best practices), Create or draft Articles on Internal Sites platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Create New Sites as per the client requirements. -Create New Web pages and update existing web pages using existing templates. Create new templates using HTML, CSS and new features to meet complex client requirements-Have an in-depth understanding of widgets on the Wordpress platform. Ability to use HTML,CSS to customize widgets and ensure customization does not impact the overall performance of the site.-Ability to develop pages using in-built templates and as well as with blank templates (using HTML\CSS)-Create Draft Articles on Internal Sites platform. Create new templates and formats of articles using HTML, CSS and short codes to meet client requirements-Knowledge of SharePoint would be an added advantage-Adhere to the SLAs and compliances-Meet the set Quality standards-Bring in value add for the business by proposing new designs, features and functionalities which are not part of existing templates-Liaising with stakeholders to create webpages, update existing webpages and archive them as per client requirements-Share best practices and suggestions -Share alternative ways to achieve requirements which are technically not feasible-Review deliverables to meet the quality standards-Shares best practices, insights and expertise with others-Ability to create process documents, training plans and Job aids Professional & Technical Skills:

Must to have Skills-Strong understanding of Wordpress Platform-Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascripts-Working knowledge of SharePoint, Lists and Libraries-Proficient with MS PPT-Strong execution skills. Needs to track, process and execute requests closely and ensure that output is of the highest quality-Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with peers, leads and internal stakeholders-Strong interpersonal and communication skills-Ability to work in Agile methodology -Training & Coaching skills
Additional Information:-2 6 years of working experience on Wordpress platform -Expertise with latest widgets / plug-ins and templates on Wordpress platform-Proficient with MS Office-Excellent written and spoken English-Ability to work with the team-Interaction with Process Leads, Content Integrators, Knowledge Curators, Service Area Lead & Internal Stakeholders Qualification
