Digital Marketing Trainer

Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer Department: Training & Academics Location: Agra Job Summary: NDMIT is looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Trainer for our Varanasi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring strong conceptual and practical understanding of all digital marketing domains. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing modules. Deliver comprehensive lessons as per NDMIT’s training curriculum. Teach core topics including: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Content Marketing Email Marketing Google Analytics & Web Analytics WordPress / Website Creation Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and projects. Guide students on practical implementation and live project work. Stay updated with current trends, tools, and strategies in the digital marketing industry. Coordinate with the branch management for batch planning and progress tracking. Motivate and mentor students to achieve their professional goals. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of all digital marketing domains and tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics platforms. Ability to explain complex topics in a simplified and interactive manner. Strong classroom management and engagement ability. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or as a Trainer. Google Ads / Analytics / HubSpot / Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
