• SEO Leadership

• Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO, build backlinks, and manage technical SEO .
• Monitor traffic, ranking, and performance via Google Analytics/Search Console; adjust SEO strategy accordingly.

• Social Media & Content Management

• Create and oversee content calendars; craft engaging posts, visuals, videos, and paid ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter jobs.smartrecruiters.com.
• Manage community engagement (comments, messages), track performance metrics, and optimize for growth.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, emails; optimize based on test results .

• Budget & Vendor Management

• Leadership & Collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced certification (Google Ads/Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) is a plus.

• 5+ years

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills; capable of cross-functional teamwork.
• Highly organized with project management abilities; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and optimize campaigns across channels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign).
