Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Shopping, PMAX, Search, Display) for

  direct-to-consumer sales

  .
• Build and manage full-funnel strategy with a focus on ROAS, CAC, AOV, and CVR.
• Lead creative testing across reels, carousels, UGC, and static creatives.
• Track and report on ad performance weekly, with clear next steps.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee creation of reels, stories, posts — balancing brand building with engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate influencer/UGC campaigns to align with paid marketing.
• Monitor platform analytics to continuously improve organic reach and engagement.

Shopify & CRO

• Work with CRO tools to enhance onsite conversions.
• Collaborate on WhatsApp/email flows for abandoned carts, win-back, and post-purchase engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Meta + Google Ads for eCommerce / D2C brands

✅ Proven track record managing social media accounts and growing brand presence organically.

✅ Skilled in balancing creative storytelling with performance metrics.

✅ Experience working with Shopify and marketing automation tools.
