Job Profile

  • Customer acquisition: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online customer acquisition.
  • SM & Google Ads: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
  • B2B lead generation through various digital channels.
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for both the organization and clients.
  • Manage the organization's internal brand marketing initiatives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to align with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to serve our customers.


Responsibilities


  • Leadership: Hire, build, and lead a team of digital marketing specialists. Foster an environment where capability and outcomes are the primary measure of success.
  • Strategy: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing social media, advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Oversee & Execute: Execute the strategy. Lead by example. Service the customer.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Measure the returns on our activities and report them regularly.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset for content creation and brand promotion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, an experience of 5-7 years
  • Entrepreneurial bent of mind.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
