Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to strategize, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
• Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and user engagement.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign ROI.
• Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members and freelancers.
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for integrated marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competition and stay updated on the latest digital trends and tools.

Key Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• SEO and SEM expertise
• Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console)
• Strong content marketing and copywriting sense
• Marketing automation tools experience (Zoho, or similar)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
• Prior experience in managing teams or agencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
