Digital Marketing Intern

You are an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern looking to gain hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to support various online campaigns and activities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the online presence of the brand across different platforms such as social media, review sites, forums, and blogs. Engaging with customers through responding to reviews, both positive and negative, to uphold an accurate perception of the company's online reputation. You will also track and report feedback by compiling regular campaign reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will engage with online communities, forums, and social media groups to provide helpful information and build brand credibility. Observing competitors" online reputation strategies and feedback to assist in developing best practices and identifying potential competitive advantages will be part of your role. Supporting the SEO team in various activities for lead generation, running contests or promotions, and assisting with administrative tasks related to SEO campaigns and client communication will also be your responsibilities. Organizing and maintaining documentation and reports related to reputation management activities will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary. Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tasks and responsibilities are highly valued. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite and tracking tools like Google Analytics and Heatmap. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will receive a paid stipend of up to 10k per month, work five days a week, and have guaranteed acquisition as a Permanent Employee after completion of the internship.
