Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Fresher to join our vibrant team. As a core part of our agency, you will assist in the execution of client campaigns, learn the fundamentals of digital marketing, and contribute creative ideas to drive brand growth. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about the digital landscape and eager to build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve search rankings
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other dashboard tools
• Engage with audiences on social media, respond to comments/messages, and monitor digital reputation
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, search algorithm changes, and industry best practices
• Coordinate with team members for timely project delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Creativity and willingness to learn new skills quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

• Internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
