Digital Marketer

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all platforms. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. You must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence, measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing them against goals such as ROI and KPIs. You will identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on insights, brainstorm new growth strategies, and execute experiments and conversion tests. Collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners is essential to create landing pages, optimize user experience, evaluate end-to-end customer experience, and instrument conversion points. You must utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate customer touchpoints across multiple channels and optimize user funnels. To be successful in this role, you should have a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, proven working experience in digital marketing, and demonstrable experience in leading and managing various digital marketing campaigns. Creativity, experience in identifying target audiences, optimizing landing pages and user funnels, conducting A/B and multivariate experiments, and utilizing website analytics and ad serving tools are crucial skills for this position. Experience with Google Adwords campaigns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript development, strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking are necessary. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement is also essential.
